What is Native Wellness?

Native Wellness is the birthright of health and wholeness that I believe God has given each of us to inherit. It’s about coming into harmony with the natural rhythms and laws woven into creation—aligning with the way our bodies were intelligently designed to heal and thrive.

Native Wellness is not about perfection in an imperfect world, but remembering who you are—designed for health, created for vitality, and equipped to flourish.

The Inspiration Behind Native Wellness

Native Wellness was born out of a deep connection with my beloved mom, who has been my greatest inspiration and best companion from the kitchen to life overall. Her unwavering determination to defy diagnoses and heal her rheumatoid arthritis through lifestyle changes shaped my understanding of holistic health. Together, we attended many functional medicine conferences and found joy in learning new things together.

My mom's passion for healing others, along with her own journey to recovery, inspired me to continue her legacy through Native Wellness. After her passing in 2020, I chose to expand my career as a registered dietitian by pursuing Physician Assistant school, in order to offer more options for those feeling “lost in the cracks” of our medical system.

I've noticed that women, especially in their 40s, often feel desperate when they realize they're exhausted, struggling with weight, and overwhelmed by the changes of perimenopause and menopause. They’re bombarded social media ads, feeling stuck and confused. Native Wellness exists to guide them—and anyone feeling tired, helpless, or disconnected from their health—back to the basics of what their body truly needs.

    Foundational for wellbeing overall, this giant is what should contain a diverse microbiome and digest & absorb our food for energy and vitality…but it often gets unbalanced & needs to be addressed.
